WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have only one valid shipping method. Tracked international shipping (Asia). We are required to have this type of shipping to keep product costs low and shipping free.
HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
You will receive the order in approximately 10-12 working days following a processing time (production or manufacturer order) of 3-5 working days .

It is only possible in case of damage, defect or lost package. Each case will first need to be evaluated for a final decision.

DO THE SHOES HAVE A BOX?

No, for reasons of weight and free shipping they are not shipped with the box. If you want, you will need to add €5 to the order by contacting us for the additional link.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
